Mr. Prabhakaran has been in the education sector for over 36 years. His rich experience in National (CBSE and ICSE) and International Curriculum (IB and IGCSE) has impacted not just the students but teachers too.  With his diverse knowledge in various academics feats, he has served as the Assistant Headmaster and Dean of Academics of The Doon School, Dehradun and Headmaster of The Lawrence School, Lovedale, Ooty. He actively enjoys curriculum development, pastoral care and counselling for students. Apart  from teaching   and school  administration,  Mr. Prabhakaran  has been  deeply  involved  in social  and  community   services,  including   Round  Square  programmes,   for  helping underprivileged   students.   He has led the students and teachers of the in setting up and re-building damaged    schools in the   earthquake     and    flash-flood    affected     areas   of   Uttarkashi,   Chamoli, Rudra Prayag in Uttrarakhand and Wayanad in Kerala.   Mr. Prabhakaran is a post graduate in Geography with a degree in education.  He was the university rank holder during graduation and a recipient of the National Merit Scholarship for post-graduation.   He believes in motivating and assisting students to reach their full academic potentials. For Mr. Prabhakaran, values such as humility, self-discipline, spirit of service are important in shaping the character of the individual and the nation. Mr.Prabhakaran is an avid trekker and has organized student expeditions through the length and breadth of the Himalayas.

Dr Madhav Deo Saraswat is presently heading the Good Shepherd International School as the Director and Principal. With a remarkable career spanning three decades, Dr Saraswat’s expertise across teaching, academic administration, team building, and community development, runs the gamut. He has served in various notable positions, including 16 years as a teacher and housemaster at The Doon School, Dehradun (1989-2005); Founder-Principal of the Orchid International School and CEO of the Sapkal Knowledge Hub, Nashik (Maharashtra); as the Principal at Scindia School, Gwalior, and most recently, as the Principal of Hyderabad Public School. As a teacher and housemaster at The Doon School, he was profoundly engaged in several curricular and extracurricular activities and has led many service projects to raise funds, led the creation of the state-of-the-art infrastructure, and instilled ideas of a more inclusive and humane culture in students and adults alike.  A man of inimitable grit and unflinching determination, Dr Saraswat is an exponent of the ideology of ‘Leadership through Service’ and believes in establishing and promoting a culture of excellence and meritocracy in every sphere of school education. Jayant Hari Har Lal, a product of The Doon School and of the IIT at Kanpur started his career as a Marketing Engineer and moved on to being an entrepreneur. He set up a very successful engineering unit at Dehra Dun and gradually moved towards his passion – teaching. After 7 years of voluntary teaching at his alma mater – The Doon School, he became a full time faculty member there teaching Maths and Physics. He has been a Housemaster and Deputy Headmaster at The Doon School and then was Founder Principal of the Sanskaar Valley School in Bhopal. He hung up his boots as Director Development at The Doon School in 2011 and is now engaged as an Education Consultant. He is an avid reader, a sportsman having played competitive Basketball, Squash & Golf. Widely travelled globally,  he now lives in Dehra Dun and travels regularly to Mumbai, Kathmandu, Siliguri, Khajuraho and Delhi. A few years ago, Mr. Jayant Lal was nominated to the Board of AFS India and is the  chair of the School Member Committee of AFS India – an international organisation with a presence in 99 countries and has it’s Head Quarters in USA- with over 150 schools as its members in India.

Dr Vidhukesh has had a distinguished academic career, with a Ph.D. and M.Phil. from the University of Delhi, a B.Ed. from the Faculty of Education, Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi. He has an International Post -Graduate Certificate from University College, London and a Certificate Course in Student Residential Care, Australia. He also has a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Business and Harvard Graduate School of Education and is a Certified Special Educator from Drishti, Mumbai. During his enthralling career span he has been the head of The Assam Valley School , House Master of the Jaipur House at The Doon School, Dehradun. Prior to that he had also been part of Mayo College and had begun his career as a teacher at St. Francis De Sales, Delhi. Currently Dr.Vidhukesh Vimal is heading Delhi Public School Patna East. An ardent photographer and a theatre enthusiast, Dr. Vimal’s expressions almost always find their source in his profound love for poetry. A prolific reader, a book of verses whether in English, Hindi or Urdu, remain his constant companion.
